Funded through the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach‘s Clean Truck Fund, the new San Pedro Bay Ports Truck Voucher Incentive Program (VIP) represents a significant investment in accelerating the deployment of zero-emission drayage vehicles, improving air quality in surrounding communities, and supporting the long-term transition to cleaner goods movement throughout the region.
The VIP Program addresses one of the most significant barriers to zero-emission truck adoption: vehicle cost.
